Throughout an impressive career of more than 20 years, she has accumulated an enviable list of contacts, has spearheaded press campaigns for artists of the stature of Juanes, Enrique Iglesias, Paulina Rubio and Becky G, and has held key positions in top level companies like Sony and Universal Music Latino.

After spending years at major record labels, Mónica co-founded her own firm, The 3 Collective, now considered one of the leading public relations companies in the United States dedicated to the Latin market. The firm's client list is diverse and includes names such as Juanes, Gloria Trevi, Marco Antonio Solís, Jessie & Joy, Beto Cuevas, Roberto Tapia, and La Santa Cecilia, among others. Monica has an MBA in communications from the Universidad de la Sabana in her native Bogotá, Colombia.
